Sharon Ajambo is a seasoned team member who joined YETU over five years ago, initially leading the organization’s micro-credit program. Her deep understanding of community finance and operational systems has made her an invaluable asset across multiple departments. Today, Sharon plays a key role in supporting YETU’s operations and administration, while also contributing to program implementation—particularly in advancing the Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) methodology.
